The Symptoms include:

The Causes

Most dizziness and balance problems come from a disturbance of the vestibular apparatus, located in the inner ear, or its connections to the brain.

This apparatus detects head position and head movements and sends this information to the brain. The brain uses this information to control our balance and eye movements.

VRT (Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy)

Vestibular Rehabilitation and balance retraining is an evidence based approach that reduces or even eliminates the symptoms in most cases. This therapy has undergone tremendous research and development at universities and medical centres in recent years.
